At Gooseberry, we believe rituals don't have to be fancy to be sacred. A cup of tea after a long day. Sunday hair day with your grandma. Dancing in your kitchen to the same playlist every morning. These are the moments that restore us—and remind us who we are.

Black joy isn’t just personal—it’s political. It’s resistance to erasure, capitalism, and systems that benefit from our burnout. By naming and nurturing our daily rituals, we create space to breathe, build, and belong.

So here’s a simple challenge: name three joyful rituals you do just for you. Write them down. Honor them. Repeat them like medicine.
